EvergreenAI ("we", "us") provides local digital marketing services, including a Google review generation service for local businesses. This policy explains how we handle information.
We collect business contact details from clients who sign up for our services, and customer contact information (name, mobile number, email) that our business clients upload so we can send review requests on their behalf. We also collect basic usage data such as message delivery status and link clicks.
We use this information to deliver our services: sending review-request messages on behalf of our clients, measuring results, and supporting client accounts. We do not use uploaded customer lists for any purpose other than providing the service to the client who uploaded them.
EvergreenAI sends review-request text messages on behalf of local businesses to that business's own past and current customers, who provided their phone number directly to the business at the point of service. Customers consent to be contacted by providing their number to the business.
Message frequency varies and is limited, typically up to three messages per review request. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
We never sell or share your mobile information, or any opt-in or consent, with third parties or lead generators. Mobile information is used solely to deliver the review-request messages described above.
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate (for example, our SMS and email delivery providers), and only as needed to deliver the service.
Recipients can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may also contact us to be removed.
